The  Standardised Taiji Qigong 36 exercises was created by the Chinese government during the 1950’s they are broken down into two sets of 18 exercises. The exercises are easy to learn and are suitable for everyone, any age or gender, each exercise will develop the individuals balance, coordination and concentration.
Each of the exercises offer a tremendous amount of  depth of knowledge about connecting the physical, emotional, energetic, mental and spiritual quality’s of each person, allowing them to maintain and improve their own health and wellbeing.
There are three levels to fully learning the full thirty six Taiji Qigong exercise once they are all linked together. The first level is understanding each particular exercise by being accurate in their applications. The second level is the linking of each exercise to the next, so that there is asequence of exercises connected to each other. The third level and the more advanced is the development and circulation of the qi through the body.
