Yang Style Tai Chi

The Yang style Taijiquan forms that are taught by the LFIAA are

  • 8 Step Simplified Yang Style Taijiquan
  • 16 Step Simplified Yang Style Taijiquan
  • 24 Step Simplified Yang Style Taijiquan
  • 88 Step Yang Style Taijiquan.

Yang style Taijiquan involves large frame movements that develop balance, co-ordination and concentration. Alongside the Taiji forms there is also taught Taiji Pushing Hands exercise, plus Yang style Taiji Qigong exercises that promote good health & well-being.
Regular practice of Yang style Taijiquan will develop the individuals physical, emotional and mental strengths to better cope with the strains and stresses of a modern lifestyle.
